When we say a huge line-up, we mean that physically as well. With offerings from 1,500-pounds all the way up to 17,500-pounds Erickson has even added in an AC winch, which is great for those needing extra pulling power where household 120-volt AC is available.
When it comes to DC powered winches this is the area where options are abundant from Erickson, including 4 models which are ATV and Side x Side specific. 3 are dedicated steel cable designs (3,000lb, 4000lb, 5,000lb) and one with synthetic rope.
The synthetic rope equipped model has a 3,500-pound load rating and comes equipped with a HASS style fairlead in red with a 1.1 horsepower motor. The 3,500-pound 50 foot, 3/16th gauge synthetic bailed winch from Erickson uses a 136 to 1 ratio and can bail back at 23.3 feet per minute unloaded and a very impressive 6.4 feet per minute at a full 3,500-pounds.
If you still require more pulling capacity, you can turn to Erickson’s heavy-duty winches available in 7500, 9500 12,000 and 17,500-pounds capacity.
