All 10 WPSA PowerSports ATV Tour events will be telecast on ESPN2 during the 2007 season. The one-hour shows will air in early-evening Friday and midday Saturday timeslots.
The Friday telecasts will either lead into, or out of, live NASCAR programming. The television schedule kicks off Saturday, June 16 at 1 p.m. EDT.
“We extraordinarily pleased to partner with ESPN2 for the PowerSports ATV Tour for the second consecutive season,” said PowerSports Entertainment, Inc. CEO Rick Murphy. “Last season’s telecasts were an obvious hit, earning an average .20 rating and introducing more than 200,000 households to the exciting sport of ATV racing. We fully plan to exceed those numbers in 2007.”
