Where can I find an aftermarket drive clutch for a kawasaki mule (3010 4×4 model) or a factory replacement for a reasonable price? Instead of that crazy $500+ price tag at my local dealer

You have a big problem. Okay, you can get a Power-Bloc primary (I assume it’s the drive or front clutch you need) which might be adaptable but I have little info on this product anymore.
Ask a dealer who deals with Kimpex aftermarket parts. I would suggest you scour the known universe for a used clutch as the tuning parameters required by your Mule’s 4-stroke mill are very specific.
